4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

HIROSCORE is designed for high school students preparing for the SAT. We take the privacy of users under 18 seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• If you are under 13, please have a parent or guardian create your account and provide consent.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use a product analytics service (PostHog) on both hiroscore.com and app.hiroscore.com to understand how visitors move through the site and the app — for example, which article someone read before starting to practise. It sets a first-party cookie scoped to hiroscore.com so that a visit to the website and a session in the app are recognised as the same person rather than two unrelated visitors. We use this only in aggregate, to decide what to build and fix.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell or share this data with advertisers, and we do not use it to target advertising. PostHog acts as our service provider and processes this data only on our instructions. If you would like your analytics data deleted, contact us at privacy@hiroscore.com.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of HIROSCORE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
